Executive Institutions and the Political Executive

This question has to do with the topic, “The Executive and its Functions” in Chapter 7 of the current NCA syllabus. It discusses the issue of partisanship in the appointments of judicial, regulatory and administrative decision makers and whether there are enough constitutional safeguards to prevent the appointees from pandering to the whims of the executive that appointed them.
