Welcome to our latest version of the notes on Foundations of Canadian Law, April 2024.
We make bold to assert that Our Foundations of Canadian Law Notes is one of the most sought after.This is because it is not only updated to the current NCA syllabus, it is also prepared in such simple language that will introduce the subject to foreign-trained lawyers who are coming across it for the first time. Because of the fear of many NCA students about their Foundations exams, extra efforts were put into the preparation of this Note, to ensure that all the topics are totally covered and completely explained.
As you might know, there are scores of articles in NCA Foundations syllabus, along with dozens of cases. These articles alone amount to huge pages of ‘not-so-friendly’ readings. The cases too run into hundreds of pages. So, what we managed to do is to abridge and compress all these articles by picking all the important points, summarize all the required cases, and compress everything to just about 250 pages. This makes the course easy to read and understand for many students. Little wonder then that our Foundations note is a favorite to many NCA students who passed using the note.
